電磁感應加熱輥技術原理
Technical principle of electromagnetic induction heating roller
電磁感應加熱輥是利用電磁感應原理將電能轉換為熱能的能量轉換過程。當電源接到控制器,
電磁控制器將交流電整流、濾波、逆變成20—40KHz的高頻交流電流,高速變化的電流通過電磁
線圈時,產生高速變化的磁場,磁場內的交變磁力線通過金屬輥體時,金屬輥體內產生無數的小
渦流,由于金屬輥體具有電阻特性,使金屬輥體本身自行快速發熱。輥體內的溫度傳感器對輥體
檢測,并傳輸到控制柜的溫控儀中顯示和控制,控制信號通過數據線再輸入到電磁控制器中,從
而對輥體的溫度精確控制。
The electromagnetic induction heating roller is a process of converting
electric energy into heat energy by using the principle of electromagnetic induction.
When the power supply is connected to the controller, the electromagnetic controller
rectifies, filters, and inverts to a high frequency AC current of 20-40 kHz. When the
high speed changing current passes through the electromagnetic coil, the magnetic
field changes at high speed. When the alternating magnetic field in the magnetic field
passes through the metal roll body, there are numerous small eddy currents in the metal
roll body, because of the resistance characteristic of the metal roll body, The temperature
sensor of the roll body detects the roll body and transmits it to the temperature controller
of the control cabinet to display and control, and the control signal is re-input to the
electromagnetic controller through the data line. Thus the temperature of the roll body is
accurately controlled.
